Why did I get a content verification message?

Creators reviews financial transactions regularly to keep the platform and its customers safe. Some invoices go through an additional routine check to confirm the content provided matches our platform policy. This is a normal step and does not mean anything is wrong — your money is safe, and your invoice is processed as soon as the check is complete.

What we need from you (just 3 things)

1. A link to your account on the platform you use to create and publish content (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and so on).

2. The type of content you make (gaming, podcast, educational, and so on).

3. Images showing the content, such as a screenshot of your profile page and screenshots of past streams or posts.

Tips to get approved on the first try ⚡

• Check the account link works and that the account is public, not private.

• Keep the images clear, showing the account name and your actual activity.

• Send everything in the same conversation — incomplete requests take longer to review.

How long does the review take?

Your request is reviewed within 24 business hours of the attachments being complete. After that we let you know the outcome and process your earnings straight away.
