When will your payout arrive? (timelines by withdrawal method)

First, how your money travels 💰

When your invoice shows "Transferred", it means Creators has sent the transfer successfully from our side. From there the banks and payment providers take over, and that stage takes a different amount of time depending on the withdrawal method you chose.

Expected timelines by withdrawal method

  • Saudi bank account: 1 to 5 business days from the transfer date.

  • Non-Saudi bank account: an international transfer can take 3 to 7 business days depending on the receiving bank.

  • PayPal: usually within 1-3 business days.

  • Cryptocurrency: depends on network congestion, usually within 24 hours.

⚠️ Important: business days do not include Friday, Saturday, or public holidays. Transfers sent over the weekend start counting from the next business day.

When should you contact us?

If 5 full business days have passed since the transfer date and the money has not arrived, get in touch and have ready:

  • The invoice number

  • A copy of your IBAN certificate (if it was a bank withdrawal)

We will follow the transfer up with the bank directly and come back to you with the result.

Common questions

My invoice says "Processing" — when will it transfer?
Processing means the invoice is in our internal review cycle before transfer. Some invoices go through an additional routine check to keep the platform and its customers safe.

Is there a minimum withdrawal?
Yes. The minimum transfer for customers in Saudi Arabia is $20.
