How to add a payout method and withdraw your earnings 💰

Adding a payout method and withdrawing your earnings on Creators is simple. Just follow the steps below.

1️⃣ Open your wallet to add a payout method

Before withdrawing, you need to add a payout method (go to https://app.creators.sa/finance).

2️⃣ Click "Enable payout methods"

Click the Enable payout methods button shown below.

3️⃣ Choose your preferred method — bank or PayPal

To add a bank account click the button marked in red; to add PayPal click the one marked in blue.

If you add a bank account, fill in the details carefully

Important before you start:

We do not support transfers to digital wallets.
Digital wallets (STC Pay, Mobily Pay, UrPay and similar) are not actual banks. Withdrawing to them is entirely at your own risk, and the platform is not responsible for lost funds or for tracing them.

  • Account holder name — you do not need to type this. It fills in automatically once your account is ID-verified. If you have not verified yet, an orange bar appears at the top of the page: click it, finish the steps, then come back and add your bank account and the name will appear automatically.

  • The bank country is also set automatically after ID verification — nothing to enter.

  • IBAN — open your banking app or visit a branch, get your IBAN certificate, and enter the IBAN here.

  • Account number — from the same IBAN certificate.

  • When everything is filled in, click Link.

  • A verification code is sent to you — enter it.

  • Your bank account is now linked 🚀

If you add PayPal, fill in the details carefully

Important before you start:

  • The minimum PayPal withdrawal is $100.

  • A $5 platform fee is deducted from every PayPal withdrawal, plus any fees PayPal charges.

  • Enter your email in the PayPal email field.

  • A verification code is sent to you — enter it.

  • Then click Link.

  • Your PayPal account is now linked 🚀

4️⃣ How do you withdraw from your wallet?

  • Go to your wallet page (https://app.creators.sa/finance)

  • Click Withdraw earnings

  • Turn automatic payouts on or off, whichever suits you

    • With automatic payouts on, transfers are scheduled for you — weekly or monthly, your choice.

    • With them off, nothing arrives automatically and you make a manual withdrawal request whenever you want.

    • Pick whichever fits how you work.

  • Now choose your preferred payout method and click Save payout settings

  • Your settings are saved, and your earnings are processed the way you chose 🚀
